SSATB member schools are offered an exclusive, reduced rate that reflects a discount of more than 50% of the total per person cost for our all-inclusive package. To receive this special package rate, attendees must register for the conference and make all hotel reservations through the SSATB website, www.ssatmembers.org. Online registration opens in May.

2009 Conference Package
SSATB offers attendees an exclusive 2009 Annual Meeting Package, which includes:

	Two days of conference program, including workshops, materials and general sessions and Institute for Advanced Admission (limited availability)
	Four nights at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel (Wed. 9/30, Thurs. 10/1, Fri. 10/2 and Sat. 10/3)
	A full complement of meals
	Reduced rate for additional nights at the hotel.

Conference Registration Package (9/30-10/3)

$ 995	Attendee from non-member institution *Limited based on space availability. Non-members who have attended previous Annual Meetings must apply for SSATB membership before registering for the Annual Meeting.

Guest Registrations:
Conference attendees may register a spouse/guest to attend the evening program functions. Tickets for all events are limited, so we encourage you to reserve your space as soon as possible.


Pre-Conference Program
For conference attendees who plan to attend the Admission Training Institute prior to the meeting, a reduced rate is also available.

Admission Training Institute (9/29-30)

$100	ATI Registration (if registered for full conference) Includes additional nights at hotel (Mon. 9/28 and Tues. 9/29)
$395	ATI Registration only (not attending conference) Includes two nights accommodations (Mon. 9/28 and Tues. 9/29 only)

Reservations for Additional Hotel Nights
If you plan to arrive in Washington, DC early or to stay beyond the nights of the conference, a discounted group rate is available for conference attendees.

	Group rate per night: $278 USD (+ 14.5% state and local occupancy tax)
	Run of House, single or double occupancy.
	Rate available Monday 9/28/09 - Sunday 10/4/09.
	All reservations must be made through SSATB directly to receive the group rate. Do not contact the hotel directly.

Registration Deadlines

Fri. 8/27/09

Conference registrations and hotel reservations, including full payment, must be received by this date. Payment must be guaranteed by Visa or Mastercard. After 8/27/09, a limited number of registrations and reservations may be accepted on a space-available basis.

Cancellations/Substitutions
Due to the special all-inclusive package for this year's program, any cancellations or substitutions (for the conference or pre/post-meeting hotel reservations) must be received by the following dates:

8/28/09- 9/18/09	No Refunds - Substitutions Only
After 9/18/09	No Refunds or Substitutions
